Every project is different, but our process remains consistent and has facilitated the transparent and on time delivery of over 50 projects. We'll provide a dedicated Project Manager to collaborate with you through several free Q&A calls and industry domain research to better understand the problem you're looking to solve and to conceptualize from a product-centric approach in terms of features, resources, effort, timing and cost.
Based on Pre-production feedback, your dedicated Project Manager will work with a senior technical architect and a UI/UX designer to create an initial agile, sprint and milestone, phased approach towards achieving your early product goals of either an MVP, additional features, or an optimized and scalable cloud and database infrastructure to meet your platform and community demands.
Production starts with a kickoff call. For transparency, our project manager/ product owner will set up weekly video calls for sprint review and planning based on prioritized objectives. We'll managing the developers and deliverables. Clients can access and review the code via the shared repository and through industry standard project management, tracking, analytics and communication tools.
To increase accountability and to mitigate the risk further, we'll care for your project as if it's our own. Our management team will be along for the journey and are accessible to our clients as account managers for any escalation issues, to ensure communication is seamless, that budgets and timelines are kept. We'll help you to succeed without any added drama or cost.
Post launch we can stay onboard and continue to develop the product based on data and user feedback, and provide scaling support. We also provide technical maintenance and ensure the product runs and scales smoothly.
